Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt infrastructure, scrape the site aggressively, submit unlawful or unsafe material, or send private information through any form that is not designed to collect it.

Kids and families

Small-human safe by default.

Italian Brainrot is designed for families and may be viewed by children. Children should use the site with a parent or guardian. Do not send age, address, school, phone number, precise location, or other private details through the site or channel comments.

If a child sends personal information, contact the project through the YouTube channel so a human can review and remove it where required.

Content, media, and submissions

Original work, clear provenance.

Italian Brainrot owns or licenses its original songs, character treatments, site copy, artwork, archive presentation, and related creative materials. Some pages reference the wider brainrot ecosystem for commentary, provenance, parody, inspiration, or attribution. We do not claim ownership of third-party creators' originating work.

Public submissions, character requests, merchandise, contests, uploads, or community features remain closed unless a separate approved workflow defines moderation, retention, consent, and IP terms.

Some creative materials may be AI-assisted, edited, remixed, or manually curated. The site is for entertainment and informational archive use only. It is not educational, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice and should not be used for emergency or high-impact decisions.

Italian Brainrot currently has no production account system, paid subscription, checkout, or payment flow on this website. If paid features, merchandise, accounts, contests, or uploads are introduced later, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, submission, and moderation terms must be presented before use and approved before launch.

Third-party services

Embeds and providers.

The site is hosted on Vercel, may use Sentry for error telemetry, and uses Resend plus a configured rate-limit/replay store for the parent-or-guardian double-opt-in email path when enabled. It also links to YouTube. Video players are click-to-load and use theyoutube-nocookie.com embed domain where available. After you click play, YouTube/Google controls the embedded player experience and its own policies apply.
